Sweet Bun (eggless)









Ingredients:

25g caster sugar
5g salt
250g superfine flour
1 tsp Instant yeast
143g fresh milk
38g butter

Method:
1)Yis mix with little water and sugar. Let it rise.
2)Place salt and flour in a mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients with hand. Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture.
3) Pour the rised yis mixture and milk into the well. Mix the ingredients to form a soft dough.
4)Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured work surface. Knead for about 5 mins until the dough becomes smooth and non-sticky. Knead and mix in the butter into the dough.
5)Continue to knead dough for another 15mins until it becomes smooth, elastic and no longer sticks to hand and work surface.
7)Smooth the dough into a round ball. Let it rise in room temperature in a mixing bowl, covered with wet cloth. Let dough rise for 60 mins or until it double in bulk.
8)Remove dough and punch out the gas. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured work surface.
9)Place dough in lightly greased bread tin/pan. Sprinkle some sugar on the top of the bun and decorate with cherries.Cover with wet cloth and let the dough proof for the second time for about 45~60 mins, until it fills up 80% of the tin/pan.
10)Bake at pre-heated oven at 180 ~ 190 deg C for 30 to 35mins.
11)Unmould the bread immediately when removed from the oven.

Corn Strudle











Ingredients:
1 cup fresh corns
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp chopped nion
1/2 tbsp chopped chilli
1 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
Water
Oil for fying

Method:
1) Mix all the ingredients in bowl. Add in water slowly and mix well.Make sure its not oo watery.
2) Heat oil and spoon the mixture.
3) Serve this strudle with chilli sauce.

Chocolate Pudding









Ingredients:

10gm agar-agar powder
1 cup sugar
4 1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla flavour
3 tbsp butter / marjerin
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk powder
4 tbsp corn flour


Method:
1) Mix the cornflour with 1/4 cup water. Mix the cocoa powder with some hot water.
2) Mix the agar-agar powder with sugar. Add in the water and bring to boil. If want can add the pandan leaf or add in 1 tsp vanilla or pandan flavour.
3) After the sugar dissolve, pour in the chocolate milk. Bring to boil.Add in cocoa and hot water mix. Bring to boil.
4) Slow down the fire, add in the corn flour mix. Be carefull as this time the mixture will turn thick. Stir.
5) Add in 2 tbsp butter or marjerin to give shinning to this pudding. Stir once and turn off the fire.
6) Pour into moulds.

Pumpkin Cake (eggless)









Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
200gm flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 cup fresh milk
250gm mashed pumpkin


Method:
1)Boil pumpkin and mashed smoothly.
2)Sift together flour,baking powder,soda and cinnamon powder.
3)Mix together the sugar and oil. Than followed by pumpkin and mix well.
4)Add in the flour mix and milk alternately.
5)Don't over mix and pour into the mould and bake.
