Dear frens, I just follow the Carrot Raisins Cake which I did few weeks ago to do this pumpkin cake. I replace the carrot with smashed pumpkin. I weigh the pumpkin before steam. I replace the raisins with nuts. Its bit moist Pumpkin cake.Try and see.
